DESCRIPTION: GSP Training Center, in partnership with Grup Servicii Petroliere S.A., organizes the Seagoing DP Familiarization onboard GSP`s vessels equipped with DP1 or DP2 dynamic positioning systems, according to Nautical Institute requirements.

OBJECTIVES: Seagoing DP Familiarization aims fulfillment by the candidate of the conditions for conducting and promoting DP Advanced course in accordance with Nautical Institute requirements.

TARGET GROUP:  Seagoing DP Familiarization addresses DP Basic graduates from a Nautical Institute accredited center.

DURATION: Minimum 60 days Seagoing DP Familiarization (for graduates of DP Basic from 2015 on).

The Seagoing DP Familiarization can be done either in one period of embarkation or during several periods of embarkation, according to the operational program of vessels equipped with DP.
